Description
Women face under-representation and a lack of equality in the gaming industry. This leads to inappropriate portrayals of women in video games, instilling problematic values in players’ minds. Furthermore, the lack of appropriate representation discourages women from entering the field.
To promote more and better representations of women in video games, we need to address the issue at its core, which is the lack of gender equality and inclusion in the gaming industry. Creating graphics that encourage women to join the development of video games will be the primary goal.
